Was a little wary about this place when I saw all the reviews but my husband and I really needed our clothes to be dry cleaned as we were leaving for a flight the next day. The woman there told us that she was able to get it done within 4 hours but there was an extra charge which I wasn't excited about but understood. After my clothes came back, I'm glad I can say that I will be returning! I was very happy with the service and the quality of cleaning. They were able to accommodate me pretty well despite the short notice. No fluff, just genuinely happy and thought the business deserves the recognition. Only downside to this is that the lady there doesn't speak perfect English which sometimes was a bit difficult to communicate but zero complaints for quality, service or clothing wise :D

It's a mystery they're still in business. I came here with 1 peacoat and 1 leather jacket to be cleaned. My leather jacket needed an alteration, which the owner stated, at first, she couldn't do. The next day or so, I get a call from her. I missed her call, but call her right back. She states that she CAN, in fact, do the alteration for me. "It would take 2 weeks to complete." she said. Confused, but somewhat relieved, I obliged. 2 weeks later, I return to pickup my clothes and...they were in the EXACT same condition as when I gave them to her. In fact, they smelled worst AFTER I made the mistake of leaving them in her care. What made matters worse? The alteration WASN'T EVEN DONE! HOW SWAY? As much as I would love to take this up in court, I'd rather take the high road. So to anyone who ever thought about coming here: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Edit: thought this place was worth a second chance at having my business, so I returned with 2 of my best suits for cleaning and darning (1 small tear on 1 jacket, a small hole in the centre of the pant leg on another) a month ago. The owner suggested that since the tear on my suit jacket could only be darned from the outside, it would take a little longer. When asked how long it would take, she told me they'd be ready as early as Friday. When I went to pick them up, they WERE cleaned at the very least. However, the darning on my suit jacket was obviously a rough job; the stitching over the tear wasn't even finished!!! I went back to the owner and showed her the blasphemy she had the gall to pass off as finished work. Then, she said she wouldn't offer a refund. MAN, WHAT?! I was annoyed by her obvious attempts at dodging accountability. So, I tried reasoning with her for quite some time. Ultimately, she decided the BEST she could do was reimburse me for $3. In actuality, I paid her WELL around $40 to complete this job. So yes, I'm doubling down on my review of this place: horrible service, terrible management, and the day this place closes up (which I pray is SOON), I'll make sure the owner knows just how much she is responsible for that outcome.

Why are the reviews bad here? I was there on Thursday and got my clothes back on Saturday. Service was great and fas might I add - Staff is extremely friendly and professional. Most things are at great price and most importantly, my clothes were actually cleaned. Got no complaints except maybe finding a better system to organize the clothes. I lost my receipt and the clothes are organized by receipt # rather than name which makes it harder to find. Other than that, OK!
