AAA came and did our ducts last week and they were in HORRIBLE shape (it was long overdue!) They were thorough and we definitely notice a difference in the air quality of our home. Also, my husband and I were at work and my mother was at our house with our three children and my kids commented how kind and sweet they were to them. Thank you for making my children comfortable with "strangers" in the house all the while doing your job with excellence! I will recommend you to everyone.

Although the staff was quite professional over the phone and in person, the lack of communication and pricing has shocked me. We had two area rugs cleaned recently. One of which was apparently made of artificial silk. This rug cost us $249 from Costco but we were charged $200 to clean it; $100 more than our 2nd rug that we purchased from costco for more than this rug. We were quoted less than $100 for each rug. A phone call with the finalized pricing and option to not have it cleaned would have made me feel better than my rugs showing up and a bill much more than I had anticipated.

We had the pleasure of having Phil clean our carpets at our new house. He was punctual, friendly and very professional. What a beautiful job. We wouldn’t think twice about asking him back again!

Very knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly staff! I thought my basement carpet was ruined until they cleaned it. Looks and smells amazing!

We called AAA to clean our ducts, basement rug and couch and chair in the home we just purchased. We would not be moving in for 6 weeks so thought it good to get this done right away as the previous owners were smokers. We were very pleased with the service initially. In between the cushions it wasn’t cleaned and was still full of debris so we called them back. They came and cleaned this but did not offer any compensation as per their claim. Oh well, that was ok. To me the couch still has an odour of smoke. Since we were not living in our home yet we really didn’t go down to the basement and see the rug. We are a couple in out 60s so we are not out to create a mess or problem, we just want fair work. As we were doing many renovations we were very busy, ie new kitchen, bathroom, flooring. After we moved in about a month later I thought i now had some time to call AAA about the basement carpet. It felt sticky in some places and was staining. AAA came in and said it was probably the underpad causing the problem and if we had called them within 30 days they would have come in and dealt with it. BUT it was last 30 days and their policy was not to do anything other than offer some advise on what to do about it. While it is their “policy” I think that they should have been able to do another cleaning of the carpet for goodwill. You will never keep good customers by just always following the policy, you must be able to look at a situation and make the best decision for both your customer and your company’s reputation. I need a new furnace and right now my air conditioner is giving us some problems but because of my experience with AAA will not be calling them nor recommending them to anyone else. AAA you should have provided better customer service to keep this customer even when you had to come back to deal with the couch that wasn’t completely cleaned. Your customer is flexible but you are not.
