Took in a brown leather jacket with a horrible looking white stain on it. I thought it would require a full cleaning, but instead the staff were nice enough to just quickly clean the one area and do it free of charge. Will definitely be back.

I didn't end up using this service because it would have cost more than the bag was worth, however I would still recommend them. They were very honest and transparent with their pricing. They were so nice, super polite, and very accommodating.

Brought in my Rudsak jacket to patch up a couple torn spots on the front and back of the jacket. She had suggested to mirror the patch on the left and right side so it wouldn’t look noticeable. I agreed though the idea was pretty costly. 2 small tears and sewing the zipper panel and it costed $200. A bit steep and it took a month to get done but the results are nice.

I gave my D&G jacket to this company over two months ago. It was mildly worn and had some skin oil stains on the lining, which I was told would all be gone. Instead of a promised one week, it took one month for them to clean it. To my disappointment, when I came to pick the jacket up, I found the yellow stains on the lining and a greasy shine on the buttons exactly like it had been before. I asked for it to be cleaned again, and again it took a whole month. I am not sure if any attempt was taken to re-clean it at all, but the stains are still there. I totally did not find it worth what I had paid ($192). For taking care of my other leather goods, I will definitely be looking for an alternative.

Very disappointed in the quality of work on my Kate Spade purse. I brought my purse into the Kate Spade store in Ottawa to ask about what could be done since the piece of hardware that connects the strap to the purse had fallen off after less than a year of use. The lady was very helpful and said she was able to send my purse to a place where they could replace it for me for free. I was first of all told it would take 4-6 weeks. I called the Kate Spade store after 8 weeks and asked about it but was told they were very backed up. After 9 weeks I received my purse, but the pieces of hardware that Love Your Leather put on my bag were covered in noticeable, large dents and scratches and were very cheap looking. They looked very worn and looked like they were used. I was very excited when I saw that my purse was finally in but was so disappointed when I saw scratches and dents all over the “new” pieces of hardware. :(
