I called to ask a question for my job and I was treated extremely well.

Was told I’d get my fairly new suede jacket back in a week. When I came in, they then told me another week. Called to complain and it took 3 days for me to get in contact with a manager who told me the owner would call me back. The owner never called me back. To top it off, the jacket is now faded and stiff. I do not recommend them. Poor customer service and cleaning!

I usually get friendly customer service today I get a girl on the phone I'm not sure if she's talking to me or the person on the phone . I informed her it's rude to take a customer with the phone to her ear ... She informed me at 15 minutes to closing she really didn't care .. I informed her again that's bad customer service ... She told me she doesn't care .. it's time to close .... I informed her we have to do better as a community it's a buisness and as an employee you are a reflection and repasenitive of Hobson's dry cleaners ... I DON'T CARE IT'S TIME TO CLOSE .... well I think it's time I have my clothes dry cleaned elswhelse .... I love to support buisness in my community but my black community has lost a sense of service it's all about hurry up I'm closing ... Wrong ATTITUDE to have ..... I get 50 PERCENT off through my employer at a Dry cleaners in Amherst it's on the way home guess I will spend my hard earned money in another community that understands what service is and welcome's their customers with attention and a professional attitude .......... Do better People you never know who your talking with
