This is the worst, most disrespectful property management company I have ever seen. I am not even the one hiring them, but the dereliction of one of their properties next to my house has caused irrevocable damage to my property. They allowed gutters to remain broken and unusable for so long that the runoff created a pit in my backyard, which went directly into their basement. Their resolution was to rig up a maze of new gutters (which promptly broke) and pour cement into the hole, instead of replacing the dirt and my grass. In fact, they spilled cement dust all over a section of my grass. This was after I had to hound them to fix the hole, which they were ignoring up till then. The gutters are now so filled with trash again, that the runoff is happening again and beginning to wear a new hole into the ground. They "paint" the house when ever an inspector tells them they have to. I say "paint" because they painted the front, and left the back completely unpainted. Any space on the sides where there was a wire, or something they would have to use their hands to move was just left unpainted. Today, their paint squad showed up, and just entered my adjacent backyard with out asking or making any attempt to contact anyone living in my house (I was home all day, car in the drive way that they were lifting their ladders over). They installed new appliances. But by install, I mean they brought them in and put them in the right rooms. They did not hook up the stoves, or water heater, or the actual heat in the building, allowing the refugee tenants to freeze until they were able to communicate to us the problem. The house leaks, and was left open and abandoned to the elements for over a year. They did no repairs to the inside. The final straw, that made me write this, seems like a small thing in comparison, but really pissed me off. While I did eventually give them permission to use my side ally to "paint" the house. I looked out my window to see that the men were taking peaches off my peach tree, and when they discovered they were unripe, they simply threw them into my yard. They smoked in my backyard, and on their ladders, which made the second floor of my house smell like smoke, and they put no tarps down, so now there are paint splotches up and down my side alley. They have no respect for their work, their employees, or the neighbors they inconvenience. DO NOT HIRE this company if you don't want to be a slum lord, and even if you do, you can do better then this. The tenants went months with out paying rent because they never came to collect.

THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING AND MY BABY GOT LEAD POISON ,AND THEY PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE DO CARE THEY ALL SAY THEY CANT HELPYOU BECAUSE THAT NOT THE JOB
