The lady in the front that manages the store is not very pleasant or friendly at all. Not withstanding that, she’s more interested in talking on the phone then listening to dry-cleaning instructions, has lost my dry-cleaning on two separate occasions. Further, their timelines make no sense. Work that should take a maximum of just 3 or 4 days, takes them 2 weeks. Finally, they are much more expensive than the competition, which in itself is not a dealbreaker, but given the aforementioned, it is just one more negative factor. Not recommended.

Its one of the best dry cleaning I ever tried. They are very professional, good customer service and the place is clean net . I highly recommend this place for a try.

Best service ever , i used them for over 12 years back and forth , even when i forgot my stuff for 3 THREE years (buziness trip to Calgary , my cell was changed ) When i visit them they said btw Eugene your stuff still here and ready for pickup!!! Without any worries i left very expensive (4500$+)stuff to clean and it was done perfect . Definitely recommend them .

I dropped in a winter jacket to get cleaned for a Christmas party back in November 2016, the lady charged me $16.95 which I thought was a reasonable price since she said they would do the full works on it. Before I left it, I knew there was lint on it and a tiny stain at the bottom of the jacket. It took over a week to get it "cleaned" and I noticed that nothing was done to it. I asked if it was actually cleaned because it looked the same way from when I left it. Not only did I get a lousy response, the lady was telling she tried cleaning out the lint for half an hr and couldn't get it out. I was so disappointed that this was my first and last time that I will ever come here. I do not recommend this place at all.

"Unsatisfactory- Very bad". I don't recommend this place for many reasons, I dropped off my white dress, thinking that they know what they are doing, but it turned out they don't. They ended up damaging my dress and did not even bother calling me to inform me of what happened. When I went to pick up my dress, the owner said "your dress was a bad quality, I put water and something to wash it and black colour went in white". My dress was white and had a black ribbon around the neck and sleve. I was very mad but said that maybe my dress was a bad quality so I took back my dress washed it myself with water and OXY ( which is for white cloths) I saw that the black colour did not diffuse, and what he was saying was a lie, whatever he used he damaged it, maybe he wanted to wash my dress with bleach or whatever that he damaged it!!!! Anyways they had already damaged my dress, the more disappointing thing is that they did not even bother to call, and after three weeks only when I went to pick it up I found out they damaged it. This showed their poor customer service, and that they do not care about their clients or the dresses they receive. I had to go there twice because they were not paying me back the refund, since I had already paid for my dress. They might seem to be professional, but they are not. Don't get tricked of the wedding dress that they have in box at the entrance. My very expensive dress was damaged and they blamed it on the dress not on their unprofessional work. Very disappointing
