I scheduled to have a technician clear the ducts at my ground level condo unit. He arrived late and informed my wife that he would not be able to clean our ducts due to a bush preventing him from accessing the vent. Upon further investigation I found out he had told his dispatch that there was no where to park, which is strange considering there were spots within 5 metres of the vent. Ultimately he left without completing the job and no other technician was sent. I called a different local duct cleaner who was at our unit within 30 minutes on the same day, and had the job finished within 20 minutes for less money. Due to the lack of professionalism on the part of Power Vac, I would recommend avoiding them.

This was the best experience I have had Jeremy was fantastic! The prices are very affordable and they showed up the next day. I would recommend this company definitely to my friends and family. Jeremy D did a whole walk through and explained everything and also helped with other issues starting in the house that didn't include the duct cleaning how amazing is that. Thanks again Power Vac and Jeremy D for the excellent communication and making this experience enjoyable and now my family can rest easy with clean air!!

It is my pleasure to submit a Google Review to convey how incredibly satisfied I am with the service I received from Senior Technician Darren from Power Vac who thoroughly cleaned the ducts in my house on Aug 22. Darren took the job on short notice due to the fact that my originally scheduled technician was delayed from a previous job. Darren had completed his shift for the day and could have rushed through the job and I would have never known the difference. Instead Darren guided me though everything he was doing and he was as thorough as possible. My ducts were a disaster from a full flooring and baseboard renovation and after one sleep with my ducts filthy from the renovation, all members of my family woke up and could barely breathe. I did a lot of research on duct cleaning services and although Power Vac was approximately $100 more than the average company, it was money well spent because the day after my duct work was completed, there was a noticeable difference in our air and sleep quality. I can say without reservation that I would gladly pay the extra money again in order to have a job as thorough as this was completed. I certainly hope that Darren from Power Vac receives the accolade that he so rightfully deserves and I will absolutely recommend Power Vac to my friends, family and colleagues.

Great company - very professional and easy to work with. Every step of the process was great. I had a mix up where we had other contractors at the house on the day of our air duct cleaning and it was absolutely no problem. I also was able to have an invoice and pay after the service which was convenient for me on that day!
