We were very pleased with PCS cleaning of our carpets. The technician Robert explained everything very well and did a great job. Would recommend PCS to our friends/neighbors

This is the second time we used PCS. The technician Jay arrived early (which to me is much better than late). He was polite did a very thorough job and the carpets were practically dry after he was done. As some one else said they are probably not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, and in this case honest professional service!

We have used this company for some years to clean rugs. We have always been very pleased with the finished product. This time we wanted a number of fitted carpets to be steam cleaned....the results are amazing and we will always highly recommend PCS to deal with any issues. They send a representative who gives an accurate quotation....the technician was courteous and obliging ....making sure we were happy with what he did. Great service.....very pleased. Our rug was soiled by our dog and we used cleaning products to no avail. We called PCS and they were more than helpful during the whole process. They came to the house, provided a quote, and took our stinky rug away to be cleaned. Unfortunately our rug still smells of cleaner, but I would not hesitate to use PCS in the future because of their excellent customer service. Annette called me to discuss the issue and I think we were both stumped as to why it still smelled given that they had given the rug a thorough cleaning. I do not blame them! Again, their service was excellent and I would not go anywhere else. Also thank you to Randi for being super fast with e mails and so very very helpful.
