Cleaned my leather jacket perfectly. Very impressive. I was meant to review it a few months ago but have just got to it now. This is my goto place in London for dry cleaning.

I spilled red wine on an Alexander McQueen skirt and two other dry cleaners were unable to remove the stains. I came to Valentinos Dry Cleaners desperate and told them to do whatever it took to remove the stains. They did an Amazing job!! I cant believe how far and beyond they went to help me out. They sent my skirt to a seamstress to remove some black parts so the main part of the skirt could be washed properly and afterwards they reattached the black parts. Im completely amazed by their service and dedication. Incredible service. Good prices as well. Highly recommend this place.

I somehow managed to get a dirt stain on a sweater that would not come out despite all the tricks I found online (vinegar, stain remover, etc). When I took it to Valentino, they were upfront with the chances and discussed a plan to try with less strong chemicals first to see if it worked. They called to get permission to try stronger chemicals and went above and beyond to get the stain out (multiple attempts). They were friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.
