paid nearly £60 pounds for dry cleaning and repair of a very expensive leather jacket. When it returned, they had lost a clasp from zip and only one side was repaired but not the other. I tried to talk to the gentleman in there but he was rather aggresive saying the zip was exactly as i had given it to them(a lie that can be proved by the fact that another zip looked exactly as it should) and that i only had specified "one side" when i had clearly said both sides. Why would i pay to get repair one side but not the other? Insane. In short, if you don't want to ruin your garments, don't leave them here. That is my advice

Was a regular customer. Most recent- they have ruined two expensive Macs. Tried to blame it on me and my poor quality garments! The receipt covers them for damage to buckles. However, very poor customer service as never verbally warned me that the buckles could be broken or severely damaged. I asked for the manager to call me- did not bother. Still charged me £56.00 with no offer to help repair the damaged items. I would not recommend this dry cleaners. Severe lack of customer service & appropriate information giving.
