Worst experience. I went to collect my new towels that I left them for laundry but I found them with marks of bleach. An extremely unacceptable rude male member told me that they were like this and when I was keep saying know he asked me to know who served me. I was waiting for the lady that served me to start her shift and when I was keep asking things the unacceptable man was ignoring me. When the lady came I faced the most ridiculous situation. Two members staff asking me why I washed new towels as they use them like this ( simply disgusting) and they don’t use bleach so it’s me. He was talking about me, in front of me to the other lady with horrible way. When I was keep saying that they are new so they can’t be in this condition they were keep saying with awful way to say “ we don’t have bleach”. When I had enough and I asked their names to complaint the male employee wrote me down to first names and when I said I need full name he said “ I am not going to give you my name “. In their website though, they say how they have to sort out this type of situation that of course it didn’t have anything to do with their behaviour. Seriously I never saw this before. And I don’t know if the bleach is the worse or the horrible staff.

Average cleaning , outrageous service. Drop your garments and go, don’t talk to the staff, it can ruin your day seamlessly. Life must be so hard to deal with others’ dirty laundry.

Absolutely incredible service and experience. I showed up here yesterday with two of my final graduate pieces (a skirt and pair of trousers) which were destroyed in my photoshoot. Both bright white bridal pieces with giant grass stains all over them which were set in by my silly decision to wash it after the shoot. The stains went from green to yellow in the wash and was heartbroken as my graduate show is in a couple weeks. The gentlemen serving me were honest with the probability of the stains coming out (around 50/50) when I dropped it off as the stains were really set in. The next day however they called and said they had complete success with both pieces which are now completely, beautifully white. For a total of £34 for both it was well worth it, especially considering it was in Chelsea! When i showed up the man who had originally served me was just as excited as I was. Thanks you guys so much for your help; I highly recommend this cleaner to anyone looking :)
