Not happy at all, first my Mac coat came back with horrible water marks, luckily they agreed to clean it again. After that it still came back with some water marks but I didn’t want to risk it again. Now I have discovered what they did to the belt - don’t understand why it was necessary to staple it 4 times when the seams are just there and would have not left any marks to do it there??? Horrible

Great dry cleaning services

I am a typical business guy who has to get his shirts laundered every week. The manager of this shop goes out of his way to recognize his customers and provide excellent service. I have found other shops that offer better deals on occasion, but the excellence in customer service keeps me coming back here. David

Great in the past but they let me down today. Don't tell me Friday and then tell me it's not ready today. I've just gone out and spent money on a new linen jacket because mine wasn't ready today as promised. If you tell your customers Friday, you should be able to honour that. I'd much rather you just tell me Tuesday next week and call me if it's ready before that. I don't have time to run around.

Charged £20+ for 24hour dry clean for a dress... outrageous! They shrunk it. Also gave them a pashmina which came back ruined. Both items have been dry cleaned by Johnsons on Sloane Avenue in the past... never had an issue there. Never returning to The American Dry Cleaning Company again!!!!
