In my Expedition Parka there is a supportive circle-shape component under the fur (the fur is 'planted' on the component). After the clean the component was completely distorted and the fur's shape went messy. There is even a big whole on the component. I have to return the parka to Canada Goose. I didn't ask any repair fee from the store but just a postage fee & refund of the dry clean. The clerk said they did the job all right coz the parka now is clean! I was like dude it is now clean and BROKEN you simply cannot clean it at the expense of a broken ruff.....

Worst place ever! The staff are very rude and arrogant. The old lady called me by hooked her finer when I was about living, it was impolite and disrespectful. Went there for four times for my pillow, it just never ready.

Would give 0 star if allowed to. DO NOT COME The lady promised that the dry clean would be done in a week but I checked on 3 times in total after ONE WEEK to pick up my goose. What’s more, they even forgot to re-zip the fur on the collar and literally forgot it.

I gave my pure woolen shawl for dry cleaning . When picking I opened to see if the stain was removed and found a tiny hole which I brought to their attention. The owner was called and asks me what should I do? First he denied it was done by them and secondly he had such an attitude that I would never go back. I lost a $100 shawl due to their negligence. Would not recommend them to anyone!

Found these guys when I was in a jam and they delivered. Cleaned a white tuxedo jacket with stains and had it ready a couple hours later looking brand new. Will continue to use them for my suits
