Edit: the owner called and said she is there every morning till 12:30 and the whole day on Friday and Saturday. So if you have to really go just go at this time. She might be better to deal with. *** I hardly hate anything. In this case, I don't have another opinion. The customer service. The guy and women who runs this place are terrible at handling people, have their own internal problem they need to figure out. The women ask me to take my "complaint" to the guy. There posted time is till 6:30 pm which is not true. In the month of Feb 2018 I went to this place go collect my shirts at 5:15 pm, 5:30 pm and 4:45 pm all on the weekdays. Every single time they were close. The guy said I'm crazy I can't see time very well and he denied that he closed it earlier. I hope you can figure out a better place for laundry

Google hours say Sunday open, but they were closed today when we went. Spent time for nothing. Suggested Google edit.

Terrible customer service, terrible quality of work. I went in to get my pants hemmed for graduation and got them back a day prior. I asked if I can try them on right away to see if they were done right but was told to 'go home' countless times. I've returned the following day after trying the pants and finding our that they are way too long and weren't done at the point we had pinned together. Now I'm told I wear my pants wrong, I'm wearing them too low, I'm wrong about what happened etc. Started getting yelled at for a simple request seeing if anything can be done. Definitely not a place I'm ever going to again.

Beside convenient location, this place is very mediocre. It's the closest dry cleaner for me so I come here, but I wish I didn't have to.

Should improve their costumer relationship
