If it's possible to give a negative star I would have. Let me start off by saying that I'm not the type to write a bad feedback. This stitch it location at yorkdale deserves it. I walked in in the middle of a client and an employee arguing so I minded my own business not knowing this storm was headed my way. The lady who I initially spoke with the first time I dropped off my pants was the one who greeted me when I picking up my pants. She dismissed me first, then continued to say they didn't bother to sew my pants. Why you ask? Apparently I should have watched my pants. Even though it was the same lady who inspected them and said absolutely nothing the first time. I continued by asking why they failed to call me (they had 4 days in between) as I live very far to yorkdale and the blond lady said "I don't know". How do you run a business by answering to your customer " I don't know?" she said I could come back if I wanted, as if I was willing to make a second trip. I think for me that's what disappointed me and I seriously found them unprofessional on all levels. I immediately wanted a refund which is what I asked for. Do not go to this location, I promise you can find better service else where.

Went on Thursday morning for the complimentary electronic measurement scan and enjoyed the experience immensely. The people were fun and excited over the new product and the potential. Imagine sending your clothes directly from the store where you bought it directly to Stitch It for heming or alterations. Stitch It would have your measurements on file and would complete the work, producing a quicker altered item. Pretty smart. I also have accurate measurements for any online buying I want to do. It's a win for both parties! Then I was going to leave a dress for alteration (I believe in supporting businesses that are trying to make things better for everyone). They asked if I had 5 minutes to wait and they quickly completed the repair. On top of that, the repair was complimentary! It just doesn't get better than that. Bravo to Stitch It.

First time writing a comment from any platform because I really can’t help doing this. This is the worst dry cleaning I ever tried in Toronto. I had to clean it by my own because lots of thread end from other clothes adhered to the buckle area and the stain on the sleeves was still there. I never see that much of down feather out of my jacket, they are in everywhere now. There is no point to mention their price when looking at the quality. It is just a joke.

RUDE & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I spoke to the lady, asking about the price for dry cleaning service for my Canada Goose jacket. She smiled, opened my suit cover bag, and took the jacket out offering $106 for the service. The price was not reasonable for me. Then, I said deferentially that it is a bit high, I’ll consider and get back later. She said disparagingly ‘Okay’ and backed to her backroom immediately, leaving me with my jacket out of the bag. I felt speechless with her poor behavior. Whether I don’t know how good service the store could provide, I’ll never come back for sure and not recommend everyone I know for this store. P/s: You will reap the benefits from the way you’ve treated your customers.

I needed sleeves of 2 blazers to be shortened and also a tweed coat length and sleeves to be shortened. This store charged me over $200 which I paid for but while I was walking around the mall I had buyer's remorse and quickly went back to get a refund and get my things. The lady there said she was not authorized to give refunds -_- and only the manager is but she already left. So this woman asked me to call the store the next day to speak with the manager, I assumed they could do the refund over the phone. When I called, the person who answered the phone said the manager went to the bathroom and said to call back. I asked when I should call back and she replied in 30 minutes.......I asked her why she was in the bathroom for 30 minutes? The lady quickly apologized and said she went to the bank and started giggling like a little girl how unprofessional. Anyway when I finally got the manager on the phone she said there was a mistake with my bill and I was over charged for some of the services but my bill would only be reduced by a few bucks. I said no thank you and I would like my money back. The manager said she couldn't do the refund over the phone and I had to come back to the store but she assured me no one would give me a hard time. At this point I was upset but relieved I would receive my refund. When I went back later that evening, the same lady that took payment was there and when I told her I was back for my refund she told me the person who could authorize the refund called in sick. Now I'm livid and frustrated. I said I wasn't leaving until I got my money back. She called the manager and the manager told her that she told me to come by at 3 pm which she did not. I spoke loudly so the manager could hear me over the phone and said "NO! you didn't say to come by 3 pm" how could I have anyway? I'm working!! Anyway the manager had to talk her through the process for refund. So this could've all been done the previous night when I was there originally but turns out they also like to waste your time. So basically this store is not staffed with employees that have full authorization at all times or they are not trained properly nor do they have the prices out in the open. Poor customer service especially by the manager. Good news, I found an independent tailor who did the same things for $130.
