I cant stress enough how bad this place is. They literally should NOT BE IN BUSINESS. They will ruin your clothes and pretend innocently like nothing happened when.. HEY WE KNOW IT WAS YOU. Then the pretend they cannot do anything about it when.. HEY YOU OWN A BUSINESS TO FIX IT do something about it. But they don't, and honestly the poor souls to do decide to come here will wish they read this review first. Shame on this store. "Clothes" down before you run out of business.

Too bad . Yesterday I pick up 2 items down jacket. Today day I see 1 have 2 holes and damaged . I call them. They said that hold is smoke.... . I've never had problems at my old dry cleaner

If I could give this a 0, I would. Maybe a 00. I brought my winter jacket here to dry clean, (fully in tact, and very expensive brand, costed $1200) and when I received it back, the ZIPPER WAS BROKEN and thrown in the pocket. When I came to pick it up I told the lady they broke my zipper and needs to be fixed. and she said she would ask her boss. I got a phone call the next day, and they said the boss refused to fix it because they said IT WAS ALREADY BROKEN. Terrible.. So i picked it up from the owner and told her, and she could care less because shes a rude lady who doesnt deserve to be here. Dont bring your clothes to her. Do yourself a favor. And do us a favor and get this place SHUT DOWN. There's a way better cleaners across the street or down the street, walking distance. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Now we had to take my jacket to another place where we had to pay $70+. AVOID

I went here for here for the first time looking for a new dry cleaner as it was convenient. Unfortunately my experience was bad, 3 out of the 7 items came back damaged. A silk shirt and two wool sweaters came back with holes and were in perfect condition beforehand. I've never had problems at my old dry cleaner with these garments.
