Nice work! Thanks for you work.

Literally the worst service I've ever seen in my life. Don't go here.

Apr 10, 2017
The worst customer service ever. I dropped off six shirts. I only got 4 out 6 shirts. When I asked where my 2 other shirts are? He said we lost them. I don't know what happened. We don't have them. Guess what he end up losing 2 of most expensive shirts out of six. Do not take any of your valuable stuff there. This man humiliated me today in front of 2 other customers. I asked him very nicely. Sir please return my shirts back. When he ran out of excuses. He said this is my business and get out from here. It says back of your receipt that we are not responsible for any items. If we lost them. If you are not then who is? Man that works there is very very very rude. Can't believe how these ppl are still in business. It's been 3 weeks. No real explanation.

Great service

Feb 11, 2017
I brought in a sweater that had a hole in it for a repair. The young man at the counter told me that they would call me before they started repairs, to ensure they indeed could repair my sweater, and again to let me know that it was done. This sounded great, because it would be my first time getting a garment repaired, and I was not sure if it was something that could be fixed. I was given a span of 5 days to expect a call. Nearly two weeks later, after no call, I went in to check on my sweater to see what was happening. I gave them my ticket and got my sweater back, with repairs seemingly done. I was a little concerned that I had not been called either time I would be called but I was satisfied. I paid for the repair and went on. After a SINGLE wear, I found that the hole in my sweater had returned. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the sweater had been stitched in a very lackluster manner. I, who admittedly have 0 sewing skills, could have done that. I brought it back, and what came after was insane. The man (different guy than the lad who had first helped me out. The first guy was helpful) explained that since they repaired it, the area around the whole would be tighter and it made sense that it would reopen, even just after a single wear. Let that sink in. Someone who I payed to do a service did a horrible job, knew that I would just be wasting money, and decided to do it anyway without any disclosure whatsoever. He offered to repair it again for free, but it made absolutely no sense to do, because if it would just make it tighter and likely to open, I would just be wasting time. When I asked for a refund, he practically laughed in my face and told me that getting my money back would be as though the job was not done in the first place. Which is untrue. It means that the service I had paid for had not been been the service that I was given. I paid to have my sweater repaired, not to make it look like there was no issue with it, when the same problem persists. He went on to say that the material makes it impossible to repair, repeated that the fit was too tight now that it was repaired, etc. I don't understand though, how all of this knowledge suddenly came to him after taking my money, (and not calling to let me know if it could be done first as I was told they would). If they had even at least told me when I picked up the sweater that they couldn't get the strongest stitch on it, I would not have been so upset. Taking money for a service they knew they could not do properly and not even letting me know until after everything had been undone again is at best lazy and at worst, sneaky. Don't bring anything valuable here.
