I REALLY want to give it a zero! My favorite Moose Knuckles jacket just got ruined ! No apologies and nothing. The owner thought it's totally my fault. The current owner kept saying it's because you bought it from some Chinese market and the quality is low! This guy is rude and even worse, a racist! I would never go to this place again and I'll try to let all my Chinese friends to avoid this horrible place !

Being their loyal customer for a long time, but ever since they changed ownership the service and attitude just gone down the hill. Now my favorite piece is ruined and not even an apology was given. The guy at the store was just plain rude and poor manner. Not going to go back anymore.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR THINGS DRY CLEANED HERE. I recently took my business attire to be dry cleaned and when I received the pieces back they were destroyed. When I expressed my frustration to the manager he was aggressive in his response -- blaming me for bringing in "cheap clothes" that were easy to ruin. See the photographs attached. I left in near tears because he was so rude and aggressive. When I returned the next day, more level headed, to ask for my money back, he continued the blame game... and refused to return a penny. If I had the time, I would stand outside of this building and warn every single person entering to steer clear of providing these people with their business.
