I figured that for the convenience of being able to drop off and pick up my dry cleaning right in the laundry room of our building, that we would pay a premium. But it wasn't so! We found Alfred to actually be more affordable than the dry cleaner we used down the road previously. The order was picked up very promptly, and it was really easy to contact customer service, they responded quickly even on the weekend and after hours! I'd highly recommend it.

Alfred has been one of the best services I have ever used. As reinforced by their lovely email to check in on all of their new clients. I have been raving about it (on multiple occasions) to all my friends and anyone who will listen. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Thanks so much for your great service!

Look at the ratings of all dry cleaners - they’re rarely above 3.5 and that’s often the overweight 1 star rating from a few very annoyed customers and I appreciate that... LaundryConcierge for example is a 1/5 for many reasons but I’ve always found Alfred to be a great service and Their customer service is top notch - especially Christine. Any issue we’ve ever had was resolved and turn around times are crazy. I once had 12 work shirts and 2 dresses for my wife returned within 24 hours and you can specify cleaning products etc. Give it a go - the quality of product is at least as good as any and the quality of the service is far superior! 5/5
