DO NOT TRUST YOUR CLOTHES WITH THIS BUSINESS. After reading reviews of Flair Cleaner's other locations, I decided to bring in a bulk of dry cleaning - 13 pieces to be exact (approximately $200 in dry cleaning). After a week or so, they called me and told me that some items (about 5-6 pieces) still had stains that they could not remove. None of my clothes have gone through anything rigorous (mostly silks and work pants) so it was surprising to me that a professional dry cleaners would find it hard to remove, but I agreed and they had sent it back to be redone. I return and they go through all the pieces with me and then I see two of my previously WHITE pieces come back with HOT PINK STAINS. They had completely damaged my clothing and the employee was very flustered the entire time trying to explain what might have happened (her name is 'Kanter, A' as per my receipt... I don't recall her first name, but she is always there). I ask her what the business would offer me for ruining the pieces and she replies, "Let's not talk about that right now. Let's see what they can do about the stains first." I ask her multiple times and she refuses to give me a professional solution. I allow them to rework on the stains that they placed on my clothes and come back in 2 weeks. I show up and the clothes still have stains. The employee does not apologize or offer a solution/reimbursement yet again. At this point, I'm visibly shocked and upset, yet she tells me, "The only thing I can do is let you take this home." HOW IS THAT A SOLUTION FOR RUINING A CLIENT'S CLOTHES? I ask her to figure out some next steps and she's flustered again and says that she can have 'Kelly at the Plant' email me to discuss. At this point: 1) It's been several weeks of back and forth 2) I've been to the store 3 times 3) I've paid this business at least $170 4) I have two pieces of clothing that they've ruined that they now have to ship back to the plant so 'Kelly' can take a look at it and then email me (I am not sure why they didn't bother going to this step first if they knew that they couldn't get the stains out) Don't risk it and save your money (and your clothes). Complete opposite of who they claim to be on their website: WHO WE ARE With a complete package of exclusive high-end dry cleaning and laundry services, state-of-the-art processes, expert personnel and environmentally sound processes available Dove Cleaners has established itself as Toronto's Premiere Green Dry Cleaner.
