Got a down jacket washed. Broke the zippers. Now the jacket is unusable. Went back to the store. The moment I said the zipper broke, she went into defense mode. Stated 3 different reasons - ranging from "we do not guarantee damage" to "we cannot control the machine." I'm guessing, this happens a lot. She immediately began saying that this has literally never happened before which I called her out on because I knew she has had a few negative reviews before. I finally mentioned that I am not looking for my money back. Mostly just wanted to know how could I get it fixed (Northface's service is backlogged for 6-8 weeks). But now I do not trust her. She lied to me several times with no hesitation. Do not recommend.

Worst place ever!!!

They ruined my coat and refused to admit that they burned it. I work in service and I understand that mistakes happen from time to time. I would have been fine with an apology but the owner was shockingly aggressive.

I do not recommend Nice Cleaners. I had been a customer for over seven years and was happy with the service. Then I took in a coat to be dry cleaned and it came back seriously damaged. I asked that they either compensate me or fix my coat. The sales representative did not take responsibility for it and would not offer me money. Nice Cleaners then took over four months to repair my coat, and it still was not in the condition that I brought it in. The sales representative refused to take responsibility or compensate me.

Vivian is attentive, sweet, works hard, and has always done great alterations. Great shirt laundering too!
