I’ll save you my long story. Never go here. It’s cost me thousands. “Not my problem” is their mantra. Literally thousands of dollars.

0 STAR! Items missing! Awful customer service! She forgot to give me one of my clothes and she blamed me for not counting items before I take them away. I suggested that she should have a better system to track orders and she starting giving me personal advice for my behaviour. The receptionist is the owner, she does not respect the customer. Plus: one jacket for 200 cleaning fee, must be kidding me. Was not told before I left the jacket with them.

Never use this store, lost multiple dress shirts and then continue to play this non sense back forth off that they are looking for your shirt. Overall rude staff and just terrible service, go anywhere but here.

Not even 1 star. 0 star. The worst experience ever!!! DO NOT go there. Horrible customer service. They seem not to take care of their clients. They just don’t care. I dropped my jacket to have a button fixed and the receptionist said that it will be ready in two days. (Maybe she said 2 months or years and I did not hear) However, when I went to pick it up after 3 weeks, it was not ready, no one actually even looked it out. The receptionist just said: “no, is not ready. Sorry come back tomorrow afternoon”. I went back after two days, just to give them more time. I went in and waited for around 5 minutes when I started to say out loud: hello? Someone there? Next think you know, she was sleeping on the chair covering with blankets hidden on the left side of the store. (Maybe she was sick, don’t know but if you hear the bell at least come to desk). When I told her that I’m here to pick up the jacket, she said which one? And then she said “ahh yeh, is not ready but it will be in 2 hours”. LIKE is this a prank??????? So I just took with me without being fixed.
