The woman at the desk is so friendly and pleasant to speak to, I bring all my dry cleaning here.

I completely agree with the other reviews. This place is entirely unprofessional. Before my last visit, when I decided I won't be giving them my business any longer, they constantly returned my dress shirts with tons or wrinkles on the shoulder areas. I'm not sure if this is a result of faulty equipment or faulty operators, but the end result is the same. I had looked past the wrinkle issue because they do offer a very fair price for the area, but my last experience was the straw that broke the camel's back. I had a tear in my suit pants that the seamstress was going to fix. After i took my pants up there, she called me the next day with the price estimate and a 3 week waiting period. After three weeks, I went to collect my pants and found them wadded up in a plastic bag and not mended. She informed me that they didn't have the correct color of fabric, but rather than calling me, she waited 3 weeks until I went to pick up my pants to tell me. Unbelievable. Have some freaking common sense if you're going to run a business people!

No issues with my clothes or alterations this far

The lady was really nice but my dress still had stain after dry cleaning. I am not even sure if they cleaned my dress completely, because I cleaned the stain on my own with wet towels within 5 minutes.
