Easily one of the top tier customer care services I've ever experienced. The owner is also the operator which makes things so much easier!!! I'm Really glad I'm able to support this business and call it my go-to for dry cleaning and tailoring, because they really do care so much about their customers and the services they provide.

These folks were fabulous. Even when I messed up the date I needed my items they were able to accommodate me with my garments on the earlier date. Definitely be back

Excellent customer service and quality work. Friendly local business who knows his customers by name.

I had a wedding on Sunday! I came late on Saturday just before close when no where else would do my suit, he said leave it for me and he came in on Sunday (his only day off) and finished my suit for me before the wedding! Now that’s customer service, remarkable guy!

Awful first time experience! Lady at the front had a major attitude and was totally rude and unprofessional! Will not be going back this place because of how I was treated. I didn't do anything to provoke this behavior....she was just blantly rude off the bat for no reason and continued being sarcastic and patronizing. If you dont know how to work in customer service then maybe change jobs. Very poor front line staff. I regret even giving my business to this place. I have never written a review online before but really thought its necessary to warn others of how unprofessional this place is. I certainly wont be going back!
