Stay away from this place

High cost, low quality and unprofessional staff. Best stay away. They lost one of my shirts and refused to provide any compensation at all. I had to involve the Bayview Village management office. What at awful experience.

I only wish I read the reviews of this Dry Cleaner prior to using them. I carried two gorgeous Italian shirts for dry cleaning, which were shrunk and damaged upon receipt. So bad so, a button fell out from one of the shirts! The owner was unhelpful and aggressive, and my experience there has left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope future customers will read these reviews before going and garner that it is unwise to use their services.

STAY AWAY. They ruined my husbands suit pants. They came back shrunk, and the material was destroyed. It no longer matched his jacket (color or texture). He took them back with the tags still on them, and they first claimed we must have washed them. Then we were told, since it was more than a week, there was nothing they could do. He has multiple suits cleaned, and does not wear then everyday, so yes it was more than a week. But still had them in the plastic with the tags on the suits. After a few weeks of going back and forth, they offered us a store credit for future cleaning. She said that he can still wear the jacket. It is a custom suit! Now we are out $250 for a new pair of pants. STAY AWAY!

One of the best dry cleaner

I would give them 0 star of I can. They charged me $187 to clean 2 winter jackets. I'm expecting professional cleaning for such a high price but they butchered both of my jackets! They made me visit the store twice for this matter and refused to provide any compensation or refund of the dry clean cost! The owner Jenny kept telling me she charged me higher price because my jackets are delicate and need special care. However she insisted that it's normal to cause damage to clothes during "special care"cleaning! This is the worst dry clean place I have ever used. AVOID using this place!
