My shirts came back amazingly washed. The owner was also really nice and friendly. She also does wonderful alterations.

History: I have personally been using dry cleaning outlets for the last 30 years mostly for my dress shirts. Having also lived in as many places on this planet that you can think of. So, the sample group has been extensive to draw experience from. On recently moving to the Thomas Alton Sub-Division I decided to give this dry cleaning outlet a try. The Co-Owner Jinwe "Lilly" is a pleasant enough individual who smiles and apologizes enough to make you wonder what she is hiding. Well, it took a while but then I realized what it was. Poor service and even worse poor quality cleaning. 1. Lost various dress shirts for several days past promised completion dates. 2. A Shirt came back with stains on it, Some type of machinery grease. 3. Over time pretty much all of my Dress Shirt's collars are badly creased 4. Over starched or no starch or some starch never ever followed requests. 5. Shirts had an odour of dirty water when returned if just laundered. 6. One Casual Shirt came back with the collar so badly creased and twisted I had to throw it out and what's worse I had only worn the shirt once. 7. Co-Owners response to my concerns, "You are too picky" 8. Also I have noticed the cost increased a few cents at a time over the period I have been using them. I will always give benefit of doubt a chance, even several times but, this has really tried my patience when you ask for no starch on a blended material shirt which states on the label "No starch or fabric softener" yet it was given starch. Further my last order of shirts (6) all came back with the collars so badly creased I had to steam wash and press myself. In my opinion I cannot see myself using this dry cleaning outlet again. Picky or not!!!!!!! Foot Note: I see The owner has made a valiant effort to respond to my concerns. I have subsequently found another Dry Cleaners at Dundas & Walkers Line. Recently I took a large cleaning order into them. 7 dress shirts and 4 pair of dress pants, all of which came back on time without issues and of course the right amount of starch, if needed, for the right shirts. I will comment on the "Yet I have not increased my prices" Absolutely untrue. Further, you can defend your poor service as you wish but, you are only as good as your word and just like your poor service your words no-longer matter as I will no-longer use your business.
