At VIP Cleaners you can expect the same routine. You go in one day with a shirt, they clean it, you pay...the USUAL routine. Next time you drop in a couple shirts and maybe your wife’s old blouse that you’re gonna surprise her with a good cleaning. They clean, it’s good...same as always. After this routine is installed into your monthly dry cleaning and you start thinking to yourself “hey VIP Cleaners is pretty reliable and trustworthy. I’m gonna bring in a BIG ticket item” (that you’ve been meaning to get cleaned for a while) “such as a Canada Goose coat, BCBG Max Azria shirt, or my Hugo Boss suit” (which you wear exclusively to weddings and galas). Then BAM! that’s when VIP Cleaners work their magic, ruining the only article of clothing you’ve ever cared about. And when you go to complain they pretend like they’ve never SEEN your face before, more confused and disoriented than a crocodile at an alligator convention. Heart wrenching stuff. Your left feeling cheated, like you’ve wasted months of cleans potentially building up a trusted relationship with a different cleaners. Now the search for the True Cleaner continues...

Absolutely terrible left a pretty clean suit just to get it dry cleaned so it’s fresh and ironed out got it back with tons of spots and stains on it would’ve been better off not getting It cleaned at all gonna go in and demand my money back

I've given Canada Goose jackets here before in the past and everything was fine, but this time was different. I got my jacket back in a condition that I do not at all remember it being in. The fur on the inside of the jacket was much almost as if the whole jacket was flattened and the puffiness was was eliminated, and the elastic on the bottom part of the jacket was completely stretched out. One of the workers and the owner proceeded to give me various explanations as to why I'm wrong and gave others factors on how these things happened to the jacket, but I know for a fact that when I gave the jacket in, it did not have all of these various problems. All I wanted was a refund and I did not get this. The worst part is that she tried to make it seem it like I remembered my jacket wrong and the smaller details and I found this disrespectful and I know exactly how my jacket was before I gave it in, because I wore it for almost 2 years. I also wasn't surprised when I searched up the location on google to write a view and there were others that complained for other reasons and the workers replied in the same manner acting confused as if it was my fault, when clearly they damaged the jacket.
