0 STARS! I have had their service for 3 + years now - have made several complaints to them but didn't terminate my account because I mostly dealt with Mike and he's a fairly reasonable person. The 2-3 times I have interacted with the other co-owner Angela, I must say this - she is the most arrogant service provider I have had to converse with. Every time I complained,(so far once every few months) I sent them clear pictures of how the house was not cleaned (especially if I leave the key for the cleaners and am not home). Then I have to make sure I am able to stay home for them to come do a redo - waste of my time and no, they don't pay me back for my time or give me discount for not cleaning properly! Most of their cleaners are chain smokers, they smoke right outside the house before entering. When they come in, they leave that disgusting smoke smell in my entire house - multiple times I had requested them to give me one team so I know who is coming and that I am not okay with smokers entering my house - they don't understand that so I had to finally tell them that my kid suffers from asthma so they cannot send smokers. I had two teams that were always good - they leave because obviously they also don't like arrogance in their boss. But this last incident was the final straw. My husband was home and they didn't clean anything. They literally have to clean 1 master bedroom with washroom upstairs and a family room, kitchen, half washroom and the laundry room downstairs. They were rushing throughout the clean - broke my wax warmer, one cleaner forgot her shoes in my house, they left their cleaning cloths all around the house and they did not clean anything. The carpet in my room was not vacuumed instead their vacuums left rubber marks on my carpet. The counter tops in my washroom and the floors were not vacuumed or mopped. There was so much dust on my side tables and all my windows. I sent them an email with pictures - Angela calls me for a redo - at this time I have already cleaned my house because I had guest coming on the weekend. I ask her if I am going to be charged for this 'uncleaned' clean and she arrogantly says 'Yes , of course. We are offering you a redo'. Are you kidding me? She talks as if she is doing a big favour for me. Ridiculous ! It is stressful to work with their company. DO NOT HIRE THEM! I highly recommend finding a better cleaning company. They obviously don't care about loyal customers or cleaning houses professionally.

I called them for a move out clean and they were able to accommodate my last minute request. The team came in and had the condo place sparkling and shining in no time. I will definitely use their services again and will also recommend to family, friends and clients. Thanks TCA Team!

Terrible cleaning job!!! mirror in bathroom not done, carpet not vacuumed and when asked to do so they used a floor attachment that left more dirt then it picked up. Floors were streaky and had to be redone and they were still streaky so they finally got a clean cloth and that fixed the problem. When I got the quote the day before they said they would be hand cleaning floors but they used a dirty dust mop to wash the floors???!. Bathroom shower was not cleaned and had to ask them to do it, there was still soap residue on the soap dish and walls and floor not cleaned. Table tops of glass were not cleaned, just dusted. windowsill in kitchen pass through was not even wiped. I noticed after they left that wall hangings were not dusted. Some baseboards were neglected after I had specified I wanted extra attention on the baseboards. A team of two girls came, Calissa was really cooperative and professional with redoing things and understood my concerns, Julia on the other hand had attitude and was very lazy. If I wasn't here when they were cleaning I would have been very upset when I reached home to know I paid all that money for a crappy job. Save your money, they don't clean properly and their vacuums were old and not sure they worked well. I will be redoing the vacuuming myself. In the end I ended up getting what I paid for but only after I had asked them to do things repeatedly that weren't done. Very stressful having to tell them constantly to do things that should be automatic. Will never use this service again. I tried to call management to discuss twice and my calls weren't answered. I received a text stating they couldn't talk right now. Enough said!

Friendly, professional and efficient teams. Great with my cat, too! Highly recommended.

Bad cleaning job, please don't pay money for them to "clean your house".All they did was get in our house vacuum a small part of the house then they talked for 30 minutes and listened to music.
