Love the giant washer. Dryers work bomb, clean and pleasant

Jun 18, 2018
June 18, 2018 I noticed my bedding and towels was ruined with blue ink marks when I took my laundry out of the dryer. Fortunately I had turned my jeans and tshirts inside out so the ink is on the inside. When I brought it to the attention of the owner she said maybe you had a pen in your pocket. I told her I did not because I never put a pen in my pocket. A man saw the ink marks and said he had some blue on his clothes too, but not like what was on mine. He said he didn't know what the blue was on his clothes. When I told the owner the man said he had some blue on his clothes too she said she did not trust him. She told me I didn't need to come there anymore. I did witness on a previous occasion another customer complained to the owner about how the machine ruined her bedding. The owner just said to her how do I know it wasn't like that before it went into the machine. I started going there approx. 3 mths ago. I would not go back there again. The woman who owns this place is terrible. I went in to make change and she yelled at me. She told me there is a 10% service charge for the machine. Before I was even able to say yes, she tried to grab my money out of my hand. Then tried to shove me. This place is terrible. I've heard other stories like mine. Avoid!
