very unprofessional not good with customer service, and when they do something wrong they play dumb as if they didn't do it. I brought in a dress for cleaning a while back that had a lining inside other wises it would be see through and i would never wear it, i came to get my dress and the lining wasn't there!! and they clam that my dress had no lining to begin with!!! sorry but i think i know my dress better then they do. Dont waist your time bringing your valuables here they will just ruin it and make you think you are the crazy one.

Great service and excellent workmanship.Have been coming here for years now and never had any issues. Please ensure you are clear with your instructions and what you want done to avoid any confusion. Would highly recommend anyone to come here. Can also swing by next door for a coffee at Timmys.

I did not have a good experience there, I recommend you go elsewhere.

Worst place ever took my $2000 Mackage jacket in May 2018 when winter came to an end, didn’t really check my coat thoroughly and packed it away, kept it in the same bag and everything I got it in from them, recently I took out my coat to wear again as weather is getting colder and noticed the bottom on my coat was discoloured looks like it has been bleached or something and also the elastic waist band on my coat was broken. I took it back to the cleaner telling them that they have destroyed my coat and I would like them to fix it or get me a new $2000 coat and they told me “well we dont know what you could have done to the coat” they clamed to have thoroughly checked my coat and that there was nothing wrong with it. Clearly not since they missed the elastic band that they had broken. Then they go on by telling me that they have been in business for 26 years and they know what they are doing they continue on by saying they will resend my coat to get it recleaned again but can’t guarantee the discolouration will come off.... I’m sorry I haven’t had a dry cleaning business at all and I can tell you right now that this bleach mark isn’t going to come off with dry cleaning. Never go to this please, they claime to have there business for 26 years yet don’t have to decency to man up to what they have done wrong. If I could I would give this place a NO STAR
