Friendly service. Ali goes above and beyond. Never had a problem. Ali is always willing to do his best to accommodate rush requests and difficult problems.

Wanted to take the time to share the appreciation that both my wife and I have for the high level of customer service and quality product delivery at The Dry Cleaners (Loblaw, Dupont and Christie). Moved to the city ten years ago and had tried a few dry cleaning services. Once meeting Ali, Customer Service Manager, and team, I was thoroughly impressed with attention to detail on any special requests, friendliness, and quality on the cleaning. You will not find better customer service, and people who care about your business. If you have not tried this place for your dry cleaning needs, I recommend you check them out!

First when dropped off on Saturday for same day service said I was too late - so available Monday - never indicated it had to after 630 (was on the receipt, but who looks at receipt. Went back at 630 and clothes still not there - said stuck in traffic would be in 5 minutes - didn't arrive until 6:55 - no sorry, no compensation, no responsibility from employees - basically lack of any customer service skills whatsoever and absolutely no pride in their work otherwise they'd realize they were in the wrong - last time I will be taking my clothes there. There are better and cheaper dry cleaners around than to give money to this business

We've been using this dry cleaner for nearly a decade. The service has always been exceptional.

I have been taking my clothes to this dry cleaner mostly out of convenience. I have had several bad experiences now and will be changing over to an online service. First they lost the zip-on hood of my down coat. When I pointed this out, the man at the counter pulled out a big bag of lost hoods-- clearly I was not the first-- but my hood wasn't in there. Second, they returned a silk blouse with a huge hole. The man took it back and said he would look into it and call me back. Then he charged me for the cleaning, and said he couldn't take it off the bill until he discussed it with the cleaner! Several weeks now, and no call from him!
