Horrible service. I was quoted $16 for my item. I went to retrieve it and the lady tells me it's $25. She proudly displays that she was unable to remove the stain, the exact reason I went there in the first place. She informed me that she tried removing it several times. A phone call informing me that she was unable to remove the stain would have been fine. She expected me to pay her inflated price for work that wasn't even completed. After she finished berrating me for not understanding why I should pay full price for work that clearly wasn't completed, I agreed to pay a lesser amount to get my coat back. The price to pay to never see her again. My wife's wedding dress and my suits will be brought elsewhere. Please save yourself the headache and do the same . Edit.: When I dropped off the coat I was told it would be $16. I was NEVER told that the stain could remain. I was NEVER called and informed that the stain was stubborn and could not be removed. I don't know of any other business that fails to deliver a service and still expects to be compensated, let alone praised. And when such praise is not given it's the clients fault for not understanding... See owners reply below. You be the judge if you should go there...

Great staff, very easy to talk to. They did me a favor and cleaned my clothing on the spot, even though I was there 4 hours early to pick it up! I use their services whenever I need something cleaned.
