I would not recommend this establishment. Having recently moved to the city, I went here for the first time given the google star rating, the location and to support local business. I dropped off a comforter on Tuesday to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up today/Thursday, I was surprised to see it in what appeared to be a used and crumpled comforter bag and when I opened it, the comforter was still dirty and worst of all it smelled like dirty dog. I do not own any dogs or pets). This establishment however, DOES have a large dog on site that is behind the counter. The same area where my comforter was retrieved from. While I love dogs, it is highly questionable for a dog to be around people's "cleaned" clothing and personal items at such an establishment (pretty sure this is illegal and against code in the province I come from). Just seems logical in my opinion. And indeed explains the nasty dog smell of my comforter. Furthermore, I likely have to discard the comforter. Waste of my money and feel cheated.
