Tried this place out about over 10 years ago with a single shirt, and the shirt came back wrinkled and shrunk as if being put through a regular laundry dryer. Because I live close to the area and needed my shirt and pants dry cleaned very quickly before going on a trip, I gave this place another try about a month ago with a shirt and pair of pants, and it actually turned out alright. Gaining confidence that things may have changed in the last ten years, I tried getting four shirts cleaned. When I got the shirts back, two of them were extremely wrinkled (particularly along the arms) and may be permanently ruined from shrinkage, while the other two were in decent shape but had slight wrinkles here and there (not ruined). Another thing I find strange about this place is that it closes at 6pm. If you end work at 5pm to 6pm, that's a very narrow window to pick up your clothes. You pretty much can only go here early in the morning before work.

GO ANYWHERE OTHER THAN HERE!!! I went in for a simple alteration-- just to shorten a dress. Every time I came in to pick it up, there was another mistake. One side was longer than the other. I came back four times in total and now it's cut too short and can't be lengthened. So I lost a $127 dress and he refused to pay me for the dress he destroyed. Also, he got it stained (see picture). He wouldn't measure it for me, so I had to measure at home the length I wanted. And finally, the store smells like an old musty closet, so now my too-short to wear dress smells like that too.

Terrible customer service, the owner actually aggressively hung up on us as we were talking. Service takes a long time. Really just the rudeness of this guy means that we will never return, and would never recommend this business to anyone.
