I was just hunting around for a replacement cleaners and I had questions for them because the place I've been using your my big brokerage firm has ruined my pants with chemicals so badly that's the pockets so right through the bottom of the pants. And it's 4 months later and they're not taking responsibility so I wanted a new cleaner and I had some questions. They're all very chiryan ice until I asked him the same question which is, if you ruin a piece of clothing of mine like I had just ruined a few months ago at another place, will you take responsibility and pay for the replacement of the items? Of course all of them say this is never happened with us and we would see what we would do at that time. At least that's their answer and two or three other places answer. I chose another place as my cleaners because they said we've never ruined anything that we take full responsibility for our work. That's the answer I like and I spoke to the owner directly cuz he was working there. And they have is Taylor everyday is that place I went to which almost nobody else has and their Taylor's just come in occasionally. I say this place is regular I deserve so three out of five stars and they're certainly professional enough in both appearance and in speaking with me. But when I got down to the questions about standing by any product of clothing they may rune as well as asking about tailoring services four of the five just became the average 3 out of 5 cleaner. I would have given my place I went to regularly four five out of five cuz they did the cleaning and I usually brought in pants and that was it and until they ruin them I wouldn't have given them a zero so now that I ask these questions, I alter my understanding oh when the cleaner is there for you or not if they do damage to a garment. Will they pay for their replacement cost or not!? And do they have a full-time Taylor or is it just when we have enough clothing the Taylor will come in or we have this lady who lives nearby that comes in two days a week sometimes Wednesdays come by again and see if the tailor is in next Wednesday and if she is then the answer is yes to Tailer is in. For me that's not good enough. But for 98% of everybody else this dry cleaner is excellent, I'm sure. . When a situation arises where your clothing gets damaged at another place, then when you choose your new place oh, suddenly you have important criteria. I certainly do and I certainly had. Capisce? Comprendre? Get it?

Fast tailor service, and EXTREMELY friendly staff!! Went there on a weekday, had the job done on the same day and the pants were perfect length when I tried them on! Although other tailors in the area told me the minimum is two days.. Totally recommend it!!

I warn you. Do not go here. They are not accountable for lost goods. For 3 months their excuse has been that the computer is broken. I have my receipt but they have no record on their side. I have never left a negative comment before this one.

Shut down Hampstead location without notice to customers. Now I have to try and track down my clothing.

DON"T USE THIS DRY CLEANER. Owner ripped me off cleaning my boots. Had left my boots to be dry cleaned, it was going to almost be 3 months since I had left them to get dry cleaned. Boots weren't ready until a formal letter of notice from the consumer protection had arrived that same day. Paid for the boots, and until I took them out of their clear bag I realized they were never cleaned. Owner refuses to refund me. Stay Away if you don't want to get played by the owner like I did.
