Suite à un sinistre notre assureur à décidé de faire affaire avec vous. Déjà qu’un sinistre c’est vraiment, VRAIMENT pas plaisant ( tout ceux qui ont eu un feu chez eux dans leur vie me comprendront), suite à plusieurs mois sans nos affaires, sans notre linge, à habiter ailleurs, nous avons repris un cours de vie normal à déballer notre linge que vous nous aviez rapporté. Par contre, apres quelques jours à tout replacer, on se rend compte qu’il manque quelques affaires et que d’autres ont été endommagés. Bon, c’est la vie c’est des choses qui arrivent, et jusque là nous sommes super comprehensifs. Mais, se faire enlever 30% de la valeur marchande de nos biens, sur le chèque que vous nous deviez au total. 30% !!! Que nous devions debourser de NOTRE poche (car nous avions tout de meme du se reprocurer ces dit-biens).. pour les articles que VOUS avez perdus/brisés (VOUS, pas nous). De plus, une dame aurait dit à mon conjoint que pour mes bottes, j’aurais un xyz montant, qu’on me confirmerait par courriel (ce qui a été le cas), mais jamais on y a mentionné ce 30%, ni par téléphone ni par courriel. Bref, dans la vie on dit que les bons comptes font les bons amis.. dans ce cas ci on peut dire que les bons comptes font les bons clients.. Nous sommes très déçus du manque de communication et de compréhension de votre part. L’idée de la valeur marchande de la comprends, mais lors d’un sinistre où j’ai pas décidé avec qui faire affaire, je ne la comprend pas. Changez vos standards ou vos reglements selon diverses situation car selon moi ca n’a pas de bon sens.

Après un incendie j'ai du faire tout nettoyer me vêtements, chaussures etc. J'ai eu un excellent service , humain, courtois, professionnel! Merci Monsieur Hamel , Emilie ainsi que toute votre équipe
