Very friendly service. We brought a jacket that was very dirty and we did not expect all the dirt to come out- when we got it back it was perfect. Great job, thank you!

Déception complète ! La réceptionniste à qui je demandais si mon manteau avec fourrure était prêt n'ayant pas de nouvelles me réponds avec avec une attitude condescendante ce qui est inacceptable de la part d'un commerçant. Pour couronner le tout, je vérifie mon manteau à la maison et y trouve des tâches qui y étaient avant le nettoyage ??? Ont-ils vraiment nettoyer mon manteau ? Une chose est sûre, je ne recommande pas du tout ce service de nettoyeur et n'y retournerai assurément pas.
