After having an issue with their service, the employee who I spoke with on the phone told me that they could not help me and I would need to go in and speak with the owner. They then told me what hours that the owner would be in and hung up on me. When I went into the store during the hours that I was given, I did not speak with the owner at all. When I picked up the items that they had cleaned, they did warn me that a small stain did not come out, but they didn't think to tell me that there were now several holes in it as well.. so it seems as though they tried to hide damage and then when it was brought to their attention, not only did they not apologize but they accused me of lying and claimed there was no way the damage could have been done with their equipment. Even if the damage had been there previously, which it was not, it seems very dishonest of a company to not mention this or ask whether it was already there when the items were picked up.

I have been coming to the Clean Shoppe on Central for the last few months and I have really enjoyed the service and quality that they produce. I brought some pants in for minor repairs and hemming and they were done very quickly. I also brought a dress that I had recently bought but had never worn because I didn't like the sleeves, they chopped the long sleeves off the dress and turned them into cute flowy short sleeves - perfect for summer! Best of all, it took much less time than I would have ever expected.

Dropped off three pairs of pants, came home with two. They told me someone came and gave my name, and my number, and took one pair of pants for a funeral. Don't know if that's true or if they just screwed up the pants. And they are only willing to reimburse partial cost of the pants, the rest in store credit. They screw up, and I'm the one that pays for it... Great

I have been going to them for almost 3 years now to have my oilfield coveralls cleaned. Because they are flame retardant the oil stains must come out of them to maintain the material. They send them back with 0 stains everytime I took them in and were affordable as well. Great staff great owners and friendly service. Would recommend them to anyone.
