Very helpful Punjabi family business. They steered me straight to the quickest and most cost effective way of me doing my loads of laundry. They have steam dryers which is very nice. Their wash machines are good. I've recommended they add showers for dirtbag campers like myself, hopefully they act on that feedback.

Owned by a Punjabi family. The older lady was working when I came in, she saw my bag of clothes and down sleeping bag and suggested I use the large front loader. When time to dry she handed me tennis balls without asking to help fluff the down bag. Place gets busy and she's just trying to run an efficient business. Got a chance to talk to her when it quieted down, quite a story.

Pushy owner and high prices. I'd rather have dirty clothes than go back here.

Very nice & helpful staff! Only saw 1-2 washers out of order. Very clean! Great place to stop in & wash on the go.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. $75 later and a completely ruined jacket and discoloured wool sweater. My synthetic fur hood is ruined and his business claimed that they told me that synthetic fur could get ruined prior to handing the jacket over - this is a lie - I would never have agreed to dropping off my jacket if they warned me it could get ruined. Wool sweater is not light beige anymore - perhaps they use dirty water as a dry cleaning solution would not do this to a sweater. No refund, explained that everything you drop off is at your own risk and wished me good luck. Awful customer service - ashamed it's a Whitehorse business.
