Since January 2017 Molly Maids has cleaned our house every two weeks. The ladies (team) are reliable, dependable, and trustworthy. It takes a big burden off of me since I work everyday. Before I had started with Molly Maids, much of my weekends were spent cleaning house. So they have helped me to improve quality of life. A few weeks back we had a mis-hap and an heirloom wall clock was disturbed during the cleaning process. It fell, incurred some damage along with knocking out a light switch. Steve (Owner/Manager) came out the next day to survey the damage. He quickly arranged for a repairman to come out, pick up the clock and had it repaired. The man he hired brought the clock back and he did a fine job and you would never know that anything had happen to it. Steve fixed the light switch himself. All is well! Excellent Customer Service!!
Another point I would like to make is most recently we had an extended vacation. I was struggling with whom could take care of our cat while we were away. It was too long a time period to ask a neighbor to do it. I was looking at pet sitters, but I thought someone else (new) having to come into the house. Then it came to me, could Molly Maids come by an extra day or two to just give the cat water and make sure he had food? I called the office, spoke with Kathy Gallegos. She documented all of the details and asked her manager. We got the green light. But here's the good part! Kathy took it upon herself to come over after her shift, on her own time, to check on our cat and make sure he was OK. She even picked up our mail for us! I just can't say enough how pleased and grateful I am to Kathy and Molly Maids for this. They truly step up to please the customer in any way they can! Reliable, Friendly, Dependable, Trustworthy and Customer Focused! Thanks Kathy, Thanks Steve, Thanks to our team of ladies that cleans our house! You are all the best!
