My husband recently had shoulder surgery on his dominate side and is in a sling for 4-8 weeks with zero range of movement. WCB is trying to have this comany come in to care for my husband with light cleaning and meal prep since i am out of the house from 8-16 hours a day 7 days a week. He had his OT come just before surgery and was told several things would happen and to give him supplies to help him. Well its now a WEEK AFTER surgery and he was told that my poor 5 lbs young puppy has to be CAGE while they are in the house and thet can not or will not help with him and that it is THEIR policy that they CAN NOT touch/cook or help with any and all meat products/fish..... Really is it not recommended to eat a high protein/ carb diet after surgery for recovery. So really not liking this company at all and i woyld say STAY AWAY since a week into his recovery and he still has NO HELP and we have NO IDEA what is going on even after numberous calls and promises of a nurse to call us back!!! NOT A GOOD COMPANY AT ALL!!!! And we have not even started with them yet. All i say is what a good first impression NOT. I would be more then glad to give a minus 5 star rating

They don’t care about their employees. I had to miss work cause of a emergency and the next week they fired me cause I wasn’t at there standards.

We used to be with Bayshore (riverview area), then moved to the CBI area of town - and wow, what a difference. Most actual workers were great, but the coordinator (I believe her name is Cassandra) and manager behind the scenes - were just awful. Sending people at purely random times on multiple occasions, getting rid of other already-established appountments with zero warning or reason, leaving about 20 attempts on our part to find out what was going on - completely unanswered; and so on. I'd highly recommend staying away from this company if you can help it. Hopefully Alberta Health drops them soon for a reasonably competent alternative.

This worst company I've ever hear of don't ever work for these guys or hire them they treat there employees like garbage and if I could give them a zero stars I would
