This place definitely went downhill. The rumors about the facility especially the facility manager isn't an exaggeration. It has changed. The Facility manager must be removed. He looks and talks like a guy with zero compassion and not honest at all. Hardly any recreation and place looked empty of staff. We noticed few residents didn't look as if they were happy being there either. One actually was vocal about her residence at Devonshire. Not good. No one could answer our questions. Definitely not a place we will move our loved one. And the pictures you see are not current. Definitely very old pictures

To be honest, deserves zero stars. Pictures are false. Tried to get through phone to book a tour no one seems to answer. Decided to go down the facility ourselves. Hardly any staff around. We walked around and no one said anything or questioned. The nurse at the hospital told us this place lost its reputation. Apparently people were lining up to live there and that all stopped 2.5 years ago. The accusation against the site manager from previous comment is apparently true. The nurse told us site manager has reputation of being unethical and unprofessional. We visited Touchmark and the place is beautiful. Very good staff and residents there looked healthy and content. I believe we've made our decision.

Tremendous experience singing & enjoying the time with residents at the Malanka Dinner in January 2016. I look forward to the event Jan 25, 2017.

Staff and management genuinely care about the residents of Devonshire. Their Recreation Therapy team is dedicated and provide a variety of events and programs.
