I do not recommend this facility for many reasons ( physical building, philosophy and training of staff, no coordination of services, no clear roles for professionals, very tiny rooms, no support for family when a person, passes away, no family spaces, and so much more. Unfortunately I know many facilities are like this, our system needs a overhaul but I know there are some newer great facilities with family centred philosophies, that truly care about the person and the family. This is not just all about a lack of money in the system, its it about leadership, philosophy and staff training.

Horrible place. My mother was in this facility for a few months before AHS moved her out. Fortunately to a better facility that does not treat her like she is a burden. This is how she was treated here. Rude and unprofessional staff. Worst experience of my life. It was like being in a horror movie that never ended.

Excellent staff working under difficult conditions (meaning a nursing home is a not the preferred employment opportunity for many people). My 90 year old father has said he prefers it to his previous location. I visited numerous other long-term facilities (because in Alberta you select your top three choices before someone is "placed"), and found Jubilee to be one of the most comfortable and clean.

I had the pleasure of working at this site and I just want to say that the staff was amazing and extremely kind!

I would NEVER recommend this established for anyone. Not even a cockroach! The staff is not educated enough to care for the elderly or they are short staffed. Whatever the case may be it was the most awful experience we have ever had!
