My mother lived at the Luxstone rather comfortably for over three years. Staff cheerfully greeted us upon every arrival. I found that every level of staff was invested in learning my mothers name and tending to her needs as an individual. She really liked that she could have her hair done on site by such a friendly and skilled stylist. My mother often said how much she liked her room and the staff. When her needs became to great for assisted living, the staff went out of their way to care for her while she waited for a supportive living location. Our research showed us that the Luxstone was a more affordable choice than anything Calgary could provide and it was only a 30 minute drive.

Many, many thanks to all the very friendly staff at Luxstone Manor for taking great care of mom and dad. The housekeeping staff were awesome and kept the suite squeaky clean. I also want to thank the maintenance crew, dining staff, hairdresser and concierge services for all their extra efforts that help keep residents comfortable and happy.

My Mom moved in to Luxstone 10 days ago. She subsequently experienced medical difficulties which resulted in her needing to move on to a different facility. The staff at Luxstone treated Mom with the utmost of respect and helped our entire family get through a very trying week. Linda especially, brought many smiles to Mom's face and we are very grateful for her.

We moved grandma to Luxstone Manor in Airdrie December 2014 from Calgary so she would be closer to family and we are SO glad we did!! Luxstone Manor is an extremely lovely , clean, friendly home that I truly believe grandma is happy and feels safe living in. The staff at Luxstone Manor are TOP NOTCH! They do such an amazing job with daily activities , socials, holiday festivities, birthday celebrations, crafts, musical entertainment…honestly the list goes on and on. It is so nice to know that grandma has lots of fun things to help fill her days! We love to visit and see her ‘dancing up a storm’ in the evenings when the musical entertainment comes in :-) The daily meals, snacks, goodies etc. are always fresh & tasty and grandma loves being able to take an evening snack & cup of tea back to her room. Overall Luxstone Manor is a wonderful place for our grandma to be and for her family to come visit. Well done Luxstone!! Well done :-)

For the last 6 years I have worked for Luxstone Manor and I have been very happy here. The Residents are my extended family and the co-workers are amazing people who come to work everyday with a smile on their face. It is not uncommon to sit at the front desk and listen to the laughter from the dining room .... from residents and servers! I have seen so many things over the last 6 years here, the one thing that still amazes me is how many of my co-workers go above and beyond for the residents just to see them smile! We have had our trials and tribulations here like any work place but I can still say that I'm happy to go to work everyday!!
