Chartwell Heritage Valley Retirement Residence

I am highly delighted to share my views for Chartwell Heritage Valley especially in Memory Care Unit. Just being grateful that I am placed to work in this unit. I say this is one of the best place for dementia residents. For limited memory care unit population, they really huge space. They have wide walking area , dining area and wide sunrooms. Open concept style and has nice pond view. I must say resident who are living here are lucky and its a luxurious supportive living facility. I worked in other facilities and this is best so far. Clean and tidy. I also appreaciate the activities and the recreation unique ideas. Independent living and DSL resident annual gala is fun and wowwww the mini concerts coming to site are superb. Now i am really devoting my love to work in this place especially that we supportive management and friendly co-staffs. The best facility i have ever work. Strongly recommend seniors to live in this place.

I am posting this review as a grateful message to Chartwell company! TODAY is my last day of work in Heritage and its a bittersweet! I love working here! I have been working in nursing line on different facilities here and abroad for a total of 14 years now and Chartwell Heritage Valley have immense impact in my life and career in the last 5 years! I enjoyed my work here knowing that fellow staffs are so welcoming, friendly and warm. Chartwell mission and values especially the INSPIRE and RESPECT program creates a culture that staffs adopts and carries forward to help make our residents life better. Our current GM Darleen Williams is an amazing leader and very supportive. We are delighted and relieved that we have such a great boss to work under. Our Director of Care Airra Raymundo have made great impact in our nursing department, truly we are grateful to you on bringing change of improvements! I cant thank you enough how both of you are supportive to your staff growth professionally! Our superb Food and service Manager Audie C provides good menu options. Residents love the menu’s and enjoys the meals. Thou I am leaving this place due to newer opportunities, I strongly recommend senior’s to come live in this beautiful retirement home. It is warm and homey atmosphere may it be independent or supportive living. Being a nurse, some seniors are not aware that living in supportive living like in Chartwell Heritage is a good decision and worry free. Seniors may come live as independent and choose units they prefer. Come in enjoy your prime age with activities and social interactions with fellow residents. Has beautiful pond view and amenities. Has 24 hrs access to nursing whenever they need help. If health declines depending of the assessment, seniors have the option to be a part of AHS PSL and DSL program where in part of the services will be covered. We have amazing AHS case manager on site who works with our DOC . They collaborate with other health care team to make our residents lives better and refer to proper level of care. My wife and myself have called Chartwell Heritage Valley our home for the past two years. The friendly staff; quality of care; variety of social activities; and the geographical setting of our facility next to a storm water pond with its vast array of waterfowl contribute to making this our home. An evening on our 3rd floor deck is therapeutic. We love it!

I recently had the opportunity to tour Chartwell Heritage Valley, and I must say that I was blown away by the level of care and attention provided to residents. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate and well-organized, with a homely atmosphere that put me at ease. I was impressed with the spacious, well-appointed rooms that offered all the amenities needed for comfortable living. The common areas were also well-maintained and provided opportunities for socialization and engagement. What stood out to me the most, however, was the level of care and attention provided by Dave and the staff. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about the residents' well-being. During my tour, I witnessed firsthand the care and compassion provided by the staff, and it was clear that the residents were well-loved and well-cared for. Overall, I highly recommend Chartwell Heritage Valley to anyone seeking exceptional care for their loved one. The care home is top-notch, and the staff is dedicated to providing the highest level of care and attention to residents.
