This place should be audited and shut down. Its a shame that for a job THEY PICK as a career they think they have the right to treat elderly like garbage. They just want a bed reserved so they can get money and they wait for the patient to die. There is no care. There is only neglect. Lies and I would strongly recommend anyone considering to put there family member here to think twice. If you would like proof or stories of how our loved ones were treated I will be glad to share. Please save your loved one and don't send them to this facility. Anything is better then this facility. The staff should not have any medical licenses and should either be fired or re-trained. Even non medical professionals are better are doing there jobs for them and pointing out when something is not right simply because they just don't care.

There is a complacancy with the staff. Just a job to them. No empathy for the residents by most of the staff. Some staff members are bullys and the persona is more worried about the staffs wellbeing then the patients. I understand that employees have rights. But why is it at the expense of the patient. Are they not told or trained ahead of time that they might be swore at or have things thrown at them . that they are treating people who are by most standards trapped by their disabilitys and age and are there because of this fact of needing help . that if these people were not there , they would not have a job, talk about biting the hand that feeds you.! They smile at you, say we will do our best to rectify things, and when you walk away" so does the issue". Very frustrating!
