My Aunt has had a place there for over a year now. Visiting her is always a pleasure. We drive down from Edmonton and truly enjoy our time with her and there. The place is always clean, friendly staff and a place that cares. VERY doggie friendly! We take our two pooches there with us and they are always greeted by the Open Arms Welcoming Committee (residents who happen to be in the lobby). I actually think you have extended her life just by living in such a stress free, catered-to "home". It is a little on the pricey side but I guess you get what you pay for too. My husband and I aren't NEARLY as worried about retiring now if we can look forward to something like this as a residence! We have enjoyed our meals there. No complaints of the food for sure. Service and treatment is prompt and courteous. Great place!

My mom has been living here for 10 months. The facility is beautiful and well kept. The staff are amazing and really care. The meals are very good we have joined my my for lunch/dinner many times. They have a variety of activities and outings. The adjustment period is a good three months but after that it was wonderful to see my mom participating in activities with her new friends!

My mom and I have a friend who lives there and the food is awful. Mom won't eat there she finds the food very poor quality and not good tasting."Soup like water" she said. Our friend has tummy troubles when there. When my friend comes to visit us for a few days the tummy troubles go away. Coincidence I think not.
