Best medical centre around north/west Calgary-Cochrane they are professional, efficient and more like a real emergency room only if Foothills Hospital in Calgary could copy this setup. In Foothills the medical staff are just having chin-wags rather than attending to patients....then the triaging is just a joke pregnant women are seen way after other and it seems to be based on colour! Well done Cochrane for your great work!

I have been to urgent care a couple times. I always get treated so well by staff. I Had a panic attack for the first time in January. I was so sick, and the doctors were super supportive. I was going through a really hard time, and really needed to be around kind people at the time. I am always so impressive by your services. Thank you so much, and keep up the great work.

I will never go here again! I have never had such a bad experience in any clinic or hospital in my life. First of all the staff are unbelievably rude and had attitude with me the entire time I was trying to explain the situation. My son was sick and they didn't take into account his age and didn't get him in immediately. The doctor had poor bedside manner and same with the rn. This place should be shut down from the lack of knowledge and the attitude they have with patients. Next time I'll go to a real clinic thanks

I was visiting from out of province and required some medical attention recently so attended the Health Centre. I was very pleased with the service provided and would especially like to thank Dr. Radwell.
