This is one of the necessary evils in the medical field. Beware that NO ONE! Attached to this business will act as an advocate for the patient. Expect to meticulously scoure your EOBs and statements from this organization. There may not be many other options for the same service in the Missoula area, but this organization is one to watch closely in all of the actions they take. PIHC - I hope you can assist your patients without ripping them off. Not sure how the employees of PIHC sleep at night after the “good work” they’ve done. Good luck to your organization. I hope you fail so another more honest business can take your place and provide advocacy to the patients.

Called several times. First time I was told I'd get a call back after her break with info. No answer. Called 2 weeks later and no one could find my info. Called back later to be told my request was denied 2 weeks prior and no one bothered to call. Then today, almost 2 weeks after that call, the same lady I spoke to 2 weeks ago called to let me know my name came across her desk and my cpap was denied. Her customer service skills and tone sucked. I heard this was a good company. Guess not.

If there is any way that you can avoid dealing with them then stay clear. Their billing practices are questionable, they are rarely consistent and they count on everything being paid 100% by insurance. Be cautious with this group.
