Staff were fantastic and provided exceptional care to my Aunt! Staff continued to provide incredible care and went above and beyond when COVID started. My Aunt was well taken care of and I as her support person was supported and kept up to date on any issues that came up. I can't thank St. Michael's enough for all the did for my Aunt and myself.

My mom was in St. Mike's for a few short days before she passed. I wanted to take her home for her final days but was advised for her to go to hospice for the ongoing medical care and comfort. I didn't want her to pass in a "facility". I could not have been more wrong. I would never have been able to care for her as they did. I feel very blessed that she was cared for by the wonderful staff there. They spoke to her and us with compassion, kindness and dignity. My eyes are teary with gratitude for the saints that work there. I can't thank you enough.

There aren't enough words to convey how great the hospice staff are at St. Michael's! My father was only there for 9 days but he was so happy and comfortable in the last days of his life. The nurses treated him like gold and my brother and I also. He had his own lovely room with everything he needed and they even accommodated us overnight with everything we needed. Thank you SO much! All our love to you guys ❤

From late 2005 to January of 2006 my (late) father was at this facility. Being a child I only remember so much about the building and people, but from what I have been told from my mom and others, these people are absolute saints. You can't work in a job like this without emotional toll. The work these people do and the way they treated my dad; I will never be able to show them enough gratitude. I have the utmost respect for this establishment. From what I do recall all those years back, the building was well maintained with a pleasant outdoors area to go for walks. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and would always call our home if there was an issue or trouble. I strive to become a person like those who are willing and able to work at St. Michael's.
